Together we figure out what foods work for YOU.

2) Diets don't teach you how to deal with cravings. What should you do if you're craving a particular food, like chocolate cake? Diets will tell you things like "reach for the apple instead of the chocolate cake." So you eat the apple, are not satisfied, which leads you to give in and finally just eat a piece of cake. But then you feel GUILTY because you went off the "diet." You feel like a failure and next thing you know, you eat the ENTIRE chocolate cake.
